- Manage full-cycle onboarding process for new hires. - Extensive talent acquisition management, full-cycle recruiting experience for hospitality industry, IT services firms, Call Centers, construction and biomedical engineering firms. - Process payroll in nine (9) states including referral and sign-on bonuses, commissions, PTO, UPTO tracking, bereavement, over-time and benefits deductions. - Conduct all phases of onboarding including criminal, work history and education verification background checks, E-Verify processing and drug screenings. - Responsible for creating and managing employee and contractor profiles in Paychex, Oasis, QuickBooks/Intuit and Paycom HRIS/Payroll systems including Human Resources management platform for PTO, benefits, training and reporting. - Create, update and track W-2 employment agreements and W-9 project specific contingent employment agreements. - Audit mileage reimbursements, travel and business expenses, miscellaneous expenses reports and commissions’ reports. - Develop and maintain Payroll, Data Privacy and Protection, Compliance and Human Resources Standard Operating Procedures. - Create and maintain Employee Handbooks. - Conduct all phases of off-boarding including equipment retrieval, systems access removal, payroll profile termination, exit interviews, etc. - Process applications for adding more states for withholding, unemployment, locality identification numbers, Workers Compensation policies, and payroll systems as needed. - Responsible for payroll related functions including but not limited to processing new hires, employee status and taxes changes, etc. - Manage HR metrics by gathering and analyzing company-wide and industry related data. - Provided HR related support to employees on topics such as leave status, payroll discrepancies and/or questions, PTO, benefits, etc. - Process FMLA, Worker's Comp claims, OSHA violations and Employee Relations investigations. - Compensation reviews and analysis, research job-specific market salaries and complete compensation analysis per state for new and existing employees. - Create and archive all job descriptions for the company. - Uploaded tech documentation into client VMS for project specific SOW. Systems used daily: Gmail, Google Docs, Microsoft Suite, Access, Paychex, Oasis, QuickBooks/Intuit, Central Reach, Workable, Bullhorn, Calendly, Sortly, LinkedIn, Trello, E-Verify, FormFox, MyHRConcierge, Paycom, IMTmro-Drug, DropBox, SalesForce, Dept. of Economic Opportunity, Florida Dept of Revenue and DocuSign.
