I have a degree in Business Management, and have maintained HR certification since 2001. I also have almost 20 years of proven results in Human Resources in a variety of settings (corporate, not-for-profit, union, and international). My Human Resources experience includes recruiting and staffing, staff development and training, implementation of policies and procedures, creation of manuals and documentation, employee relations, and assisting companies with change management (large recruitment efforts, downsizing, relocation, etc). My efforts have resulted in reduced recruiting expenses, improved retention rate, and increased employee morale and productivity.
