Experience in all areas of human resources including but not limited to developing training programs, conducting training workshops, conducting audits for efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of HR policies and procedures, sourcing and recruiting for wide variety of candidate profiles, development of job catalogs and competency models/structures for small to mid-size organizations, review of job descriptions and/or rewrite effective job descriptions for companies and resume writing and/or resume reviewing. Full scope experience in all aspects of human resources.
