Administrative Work:

• Prepares HR contracts and documents (e.g., CPE, RCPE, SIs).
• Coordinates IT account setup for new recruits.
• Enroll new employees and perform onboarding orientation.
• Maintains 201 Files for new hires.
• Organizes and manages 201 File entries.

Recruitment and Selection:

• I efficiently received, meticulously screened, and thoughtfully selected more than 30 applicants, encompassing both local and overseas candidates, on a daily basis.
• Schedule interviews with applicants, whether online or face-to-face, to assess their qualifications and fit for the position.

Employee Compliance:

• Manages employee punctuality and issues reprimands.
• Compiles employee scorecards, handles absences, and awards certificates.

Employee Engagement:

• Plans and develops employee engagement activities.
• Deliver overall engagement initiatives for more than 300 office-based employees and over 2000 work-from-home staff (both local and overseas).
