? To file and classify all entry documents of new employees ? To enter personnel information into personnel package programme database and to track modifications ? To process leave forms and to monitor all leave entitlements, and managing annual leaves ? To be responsible accurate processing of payroll related tasks such as processing salaries, calculating legal taxes, preparing payments monthly and notifications to all related public institutions and preparing internal reports. ? Keep data and control of the staff annual leave records and make sure they are continuously updated. ? Prepare official letters at employee request. ? To coordinate outsourced payroll operations and all payment issues ? Analyzing salary surveys and implementing into company salary structure ? Provide assistance to the organization of staff motivational and social events, major ones being the New Year party, spring/summer picnic, etc
