• Day-to-day interactions with clients, employees, potential candidates (via Skype or Gtalk). • Determining staffing needs/requirements, and conducting interviews, hiring, and training new employees. • Formulating company policies and procedures. • Managing the day-to-day operations. • Grievance handling. • Establishing and implementing company’s objectives and goals, policies, and procedures. • Being responsible for setting, reviewing, and implementing the operational plan that compares well with the best practices followed in the market for comparable environments. • Conducting periodical feedback sessions from clients and customers to learn and improve the service quality.
