I have over 25 years of consulting experience, managing all areas of Human Resources and Finance. Specifically, I have worked with many companies in the capacity of HR Manager/Director. I have set up Human Resources policies and procedures and Employee Handbooks for these (and many other) companies. I have literally thousands normative models to start with, including flowcharts of processes, so you won’t need to pay someone to start from scratch. I know the labor laws and regulations, along with best practices. I am also well versed in developing compensation plans connected to performance reviews, employee goal setting and monitoring, and employee training. Likewise, I am experienced in the entire recruiting process, including identifying the need for a position, defining the parameters of the position, writing the job description, posting the position, screening candidates, interviewing, background checks, onboarding, and new hire orientation. I can do it all for you - from creating your employee handbook to ensuring that you have systems in place to properly monitor all HR functions. And, I'm available to start when you're ready.
