Hunter Biden is threatening to sue one-time senior Trump campaign adviser Roger Stone for 'defamation' involving comments claiming that he transported prostitutes across state lines on Amtrak trains.
Stone received a cease and desist letter from Hunter's attorney Abbe David Lowell, according to The Floridian, demanding that the president's son apologize by March 31 for his statements or else face legal action.
The letter accuses Stone of making 'disparaging or false statements that would amount to defamation' of Hunter Biden.
The remarks in question were made on the Stone Zone podcast during an episode in December 2022 titled Garrett Ziegler and Tyler Nixon Expose Hunter Biden's Dirty Secrets surrounded Hunter Biden's laptop.
