Responsible for Hvac, Drainage, Water service, Fire Fighting Electrical individual services shop drawings. Preparing Coordination Drawings, Sections & Builder’s Work (Slab, Core wall & Block wall Opening) according to coordination Drawings. Preparing Detailed design drawings for Individual services (Electrical & Hvac services) & Sections taking into consideration other services (Structural, Architectural and false ceiling). Responsible for all individual infra Mechanical (Sewage, Irrigation, Storm water, Fire protection, Water supply) Providing coordinate points & levels to land surveyor for the marking of infra services. For the work quality & standard, coordinating with site team. Raising RFI for any permission & preparing sketches for any clearance at site. Submitting shop drawing & discuss with consultant. Checking primavera log & managing shop drawings log. Weekly visiting to site to check the work has to be done according to drawing. Coordinate with the Drafting Coordinator or Team Leader in order to translate the design drawings into viable and accurate working drawings High proficiency in mechanical design techniques piping parts and specifications Lay out and draw schematic, isometric, or angle views to depict functional relationships of components, assemblies, systems, and machines. Capable to Handle HVAC Design drawings, Shop drawings, R.C.P & As Built drawings. Capable to Handle MEP Services Duct designing, CHW pipe designing Selection of HVACs Equipment’s by Using Software or catalog. Capable to Handle Reflected ceiling plan Chiller water schematic shop drawing PREPAIRING of B.O.Q & CSS. TAKE OFF. Good Communication & presentation skills
