Heat load estimation by using HAP-4.9 and preparing design sheet for machine selection. ? Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with estimation. ? Designing of HVAC cad drawing and submit to architect for approval. ? Coordination with the back office staff towards timely delivery of materials on site,ensure sufficient hand tools, power tools,ladder and scaffolding are available for installation. ? Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with approved cad drawing and specification and update daily progress report to project manager. ? To maintain safe all construction HVAC activities are carried out in accordance with the company’s safety policies and procedures; ensure that appropriate safety and protective equipment is used by company & contractor staff. ? Supervision of duct fabrication and its installation ? Participating in site meeting with client ? Coordination with all other services like architectural and electrical to get proper site clearance towards successful completion of project.
