This is done by professional software simplifying & automating tasks. You will also receive detailed notes per account & conversation through this process via Excel CVS & Outlook Folder file. This can be converted to SalesForce data with an additional fee. You will also have access to the analytics & automation results of the campaign for your executive or management team's review.
