I’ve been working in this field for more than 5 years. I worked as a customer service associate for a Call Center company. After that, I worked at home as a virtual assistant who did (but not limited to) admin tasks, data entry, email, and calendar management. I handled and resolved the customer's concerns and issues. Then I worked as a sales associate for Identity theft protection campaign and health insurance. I did outbound calls, I called the leads who already inquired for health insurance and asked them questions as qualifiers. Then an appointment setter for a real estate and credit repair company. Lastly, I worked as an appointment setter for a digital marketing company then got promoted as a Campaign Development Manager.
