Note: 1.Blogger allows only html,css and javascript and will not accept other languages. 2.Need HTML website files (or) the exact website which has the files You are thinking i need a simple html website with minimum cost, blogger is more than enough because we need to spend only for domain & no need to spend on web hosting & web designing. Until blogger not changing coding rules / removing blogger we can keep them. Next for this small price we can do upto this level only. Just understand how much others will charge for a website. Each page can have 500 words. Next give the image size which will not spoil the look of template .We are going to put image in the default place of website image. Thankyou. Hope you can understand.
