I will conduct United States Legal research regarding any legal issues that you may have. I am knowledgeable and experienced in conducting the following types of law: Enacted law, Common law, Case law, Administrative law. All of the sources that I use for my research are free to the public. This means that to find the answers to your legal issues, I will conduct research using the following free available resources on the internet for legal research purposes: Findlaw For Legal Professionals, Google Scholar, Justia Legal, Legal Information Institute by Cornell University, Casetext, Public Library of Law, State statutes, and Federal statutes United States codes. I am knowledgeable and have experience using the legal databases known as Westlaw and LexisNexis. I am knowledgeable in researching United States law. I am not experienced in researching law in countries other than the United States. NOTE: I am not a licensed lawyer. I am a paralegal graduate. With that being said, I cannot give you legal advice. I can only research what the laws are and what the law says. I do not have a law degree, a bar number, and I did not attend law school. The legal research I perform is for educational purposes only. If you need to seek legal advice, you should always go to a licensed attorney. Anyone who gives legal advice without an actual active Bar number, commits the Unauthorized Practice of law. Thanks to my paralegal education, I have knowledge in conducting legal research in the following legal matters: Family law, Criminal Law, Tort Law, Medical Malpractice, Real Property Law, and Estate Law. I can also conduct research in Commercial and Contract Law.
