I am Nontokozo Setiba, a BA LLB graduate and Masters of Management candiate of the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. When I reflect on my career and the oganizations I have worked with, I realize how each exposed me to different experiences on my journey giving me the tools that I still use today. I am an admitted Advocate with a background in compliance and corporate governance and regulatory risk management. During my varied career I fulfilled roles such as Founder of a Social Entrepreneurial venture, Junior Compliance Officer (FICA), Risk, Governance and Compliance Officer, Executive Assistant and Research, Reporting and Project Analyst in the non-profit sector, a law firm, a private education providers and a Financial Institution. I enjoy reading, singing karaoke, playing Golf, hiking and watching theatre productions. I recently took up a coding in order to update my digital or 4IR skills. I reach out to high school learners on a regular basis through motivational talks and the Fundisa Facebook Page. My motto is: "The problem that infuriates you the most is one that you have been assigned to solve.”
