have worked as a financial analyst in a US-based Property Management company. My core responsibility was to manage daily, weekly and monthly reports (VAPM Dashboard, FAPM Dashboard, Vacancy report), Invoices (Labor, Extraneous, bank draws, cleaning, management, etc.)
Before joining this organization, Property Managers and other employees were using Google sheets to enter data. One employee was dedicated to upload monthly invoices manually and maintain a Vacancy report. I have developed a system (A mobile application that can be used from multiple systems) in Appsheet, which helps all of the employees to interact with data without fear of mistakes or changes in irrelevant fields. The vacancy report is automated now and email is being sent daily before 9:00 AM.
