What is Chi?
Its believed that having strong chi energy can have a positive effect on our mental and physical health, and prevent the stressors from everyday life from impacting our being. Chinese culture believes that chi is in the air that we breathe and the nourishment that we put into our bodies. It moves with our blood and becomes a part of us to link the mind, the body, and the spirit. As it's carried to our brain, it can affect our dreams, emotions, and thoughts too. It extends beyond our body and becomes something that's metaphysical as well as visceral.
Taichi is designed to improve the quality of life for people of all ages, whether well or unwell. This includes those who may be dealing with disease, chronic pain, health conditions, limited mobility, deficient immune systems, anxiety, or depression.
