I will do professional high end photo retouching, I have plenty of experience with the topic and have made about 100-200 photo retouchings in the past on fiverr, I work fast so the photo should be ready fairly quickly, no pointless waiting from customer side.I take 5 dollars for every photo, not hourly rate.
