I have a year experience with BPO industries handling healthcare insurance (customer service rep) and women lingerie (customer service, chat support, sales/marketing). I am exposed to many different CRM's and software for the international account (Skype, Idesk, Zendesk,member's portal, etc.). Meanwhile on the local account (Shopify, tracking in LBC, slack, and our own site) or I know how to edit pictures and videos using ADOBE's software. I have moderate typing skills, enough to finish projects in time or ahead.
