I have been a customer service representative of various accounts. Handled financial, loans, money transfer, technical and sales. Been working in the BPO industry for 7 years now. Also I worked as an appointment setter for one year. My role is to do outbound call to my clients customers and set them an appointment.
I can help the clients with regards to calling their customer and I can do data entry as well. Working in the BPO industry we have used diferent tools like CRM, excel, CAP, DOS base tool and others. I am also familliar with US culture so that way I can easily adapt.
