If you are in Portugal, we can do all the steps in person. If you are not in Portugal, there is no problem, we can open the bank account remotely.

To open a bank account in Portugal you will need: NIF (Portuguese Tax Number), passport, proof of address, proof of your income and some personal information.

To conclude the process, you will need to do a minimum deposit on your (own) new bank account.

The whole process usually takes up to 30/45 days to be concluded. In some cases, depending on the client's professional activities and nationality, the process might raise some red flags at the bank´s compliance department, being difficult to establish an exact deadline. 

P.S: The fee mentioned is for an individual or a joint account (up to two people).
