I have 8 years of Customer Service/Care experience for different accounts and company , For those years that I'm working I handled different accounts like HRB which is a financial institution in America. That time I handle customers tax refund which they get every year, most of our clients there are I-rate so you can say because of that experience I can confidently say that I can handle I-rate customers smoothly or efficiently. I also work with Mcafee an anti-virus program for different platforms like computers or mobile phone. My job their is to help people about their questions on how to install or to update their subscription I also help clients staying with us since we are on the retention team which we make sure that we can still help the client to stay with us by pitching or selling the products again to them to make them stay with us. Finally I worked with Jetstar which is a Australian budget airline connected with Qantas. I'm proud to say that since this is a sales account I can handle a lot of rejections with ease or at least help clients to provide them what they need not just what they want since we also sell tickets over the phone, That time I'm also crossed skills as a chat support, which we handle 3 customers at a time same as my role over the phone we help customer about their concerns and also sell something that we can offer to them.
