• To provide technical support to client • To sort out software issues with development team • To handle/solve all client database script customization and troubleshooting • To execute test plans/document issues/communicate and prioritize bugs with development team for new software releases • To work closely with clients and solve customer queries regarding the implementation of software • Building and maintaining healthy business relations with clients and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction • Any other duties commensurate with the grade and responsibility level of this position
