My 15+ year consulting career has primarily focused on assisting for-profit companies, non-profit agencies and local, state and federal offices implement new programs and services, including software and database systems. My experience has included strategic planning to articulate and refine the program or project to be implemented, developing project plans and structures for implementation, user testing of software or database programs to be implemented, developing and executing training strategies for the implementation, and developing and implementing process evaluation procedures for understanding whether the program or service was implemented as intended. My expertise in developing and implementing training strategies includes the facilitation of groups to identify and articulate their training goals and objectives, development of training curricula and materials for live and web based training events, development of Captivate training products, and the execution of live and web based training services. I have extensive experience with PowerPoint, Word, Webex and Captivate programs.
