During my 3 years working in my esteem Organisation, I have implemented the ERP-Payroll Manual, Trained 4 time-keepers and two Payroll clerks as well as administration. In the year 2016, I and my team have implemented payroll procedures and have dealt with a complicated payroll restructure of 500+ staff. I am familiar with time-keeping because I have done it in the very beginning of my career. I also know about allocating costs to the correct WBS for costing purposes. Of course, that depends on the how correctly the timecards are allocated from the costing department. I am also familiar with increments, monthly emoluments, cash coin analysis statement, cash advances, arrears, bank file/ BUCKS, Interim Payments, leaves, Joiners, resignations, cumulative service days report for gratuity & bonus purposes as well as declaration forms for resigned and terminated employees.
