Using InDesign i can present large amounts of information in an easy-to-understand visual style. Using InDesign's Data Merge command, i can take raw data from spreadsheets or databases and quickly apply formatting with an InDesign template. Data merge is great when you have to lay out a document (or part of a document) that has a repetitive layout that needs to be repeated in a grid or one record per page with different data. Such documents could be: - product catalogs - envelopes - certificates - business cards etc.
