- I monitor students’ learning progress
- I adapt the lessons to suit the students’ needs
- I provide direct and honest feedback at pupils’ request
- I chart the growth of pupils’ skills and capabilities until they have achieved mastery of the lessons
- Provide a minimum of two (2) live feedback sessions per month
- Develop lesson and action plans to aid student in their learning activities
