I have been in the call center industry for more than four years. I started as an agent and did well in all the assigned fields or areas on every job I had- belonging to consequent top members of the team; from there promotions to higher posts was entitled. I've gone through successful customer service, email handling, reporting, training as well as quality control and administrative tasks and these job assignments has been an on-hand contributions which has also been an expertise that filled satisfaction to companies I've worked for. I believe dedication, cooperation, sufficient product knowledge and training and self discipline are keys to one's goal to succeed in their chosen field. I am seeking an online job, particularly an over-all virtual assistant or customer service representative which I believe would fit in to my qualifications, that is to enhance and use my skills and achieve success not only to oneself but for the company I'd be representing.
