Introduce automation PLC in change of Relay logic circuits to minimize the uses of electrical, electronic equipment’s, less manpower and more reliable monitoring control system at FACT (The Fertilizers and chemical Travancore Ltd. India). Logistics and Distribution System: Project in improvement in Distribution Center in Cross Docking by using RFID tags for easy identifying goods or packages and Automation for retrieving, sorting and transporting the packages also with advance security in receiving and shipping gate. Facility Planning and Design: Optimization passenger flow in Tocumen International Airport at Panama Canal. Facility redesigned to improve the airport passenger waiting time using queuing theory and simulation witness. Quality Systems: Analysis in root cause for the major problem in CNC machine production of defective water pump parts. Used DMAIC to find the root cause for the problem using the cause and effect and solution to improve and used X Bar and R bar chart to determine the defect variations. Metrics and Measurement Work System: Performed a time and motion study analysis on the food preparation on subway fast food center. Divided the task into work element calculate the standard time and improve work efficiency. And work sampling analysis for identifying the workers motion time and measuring the standard time deviation in worker performance. Electronic Packaging: Thermal analysis of electronic packaging using Ansys 18.2 version synthetic diamond- cooper Heatsink material is created with 720 W/k thermal capacity and tested the results.
