My name is Joyjeet Banerjee, I am currently working in the capacity of Vice President – Online business and Planning. My total experience is close to 6 years across digital marketing, pricing, inventory and analytics. I have had extensive experience in e-commerce/retail industry working with different stakeholders within the value chain. Post MBA I started my career as a business manager with Delhi airport, during the course of this job, I got exposed to category management, stock planning and business development. Later with Jabong, I understood the importance of execution & analysis in the form of vendor management, category development and key account management. Currently with PrettySecrets which is a lingerie brand we have largely focused on building scale at a sustainable pace and looking at growth from all fronts. My experiences of working with stakeholders on all sides i.e. Retailer, Brand and Supplier in the retail ecosystem makes me highly suitable for the profile in discussion. In addition to this I have extensive experience in data science which enables analytical thinking and problem solving to adverse business scenarios.
