I approached influencers and media's who has met the specific metrics. Like views, number of subscribers, location, niche and contact (if we can contact them via email or form).
For Media contacts, it should be traffic, location and niche.
It also depends if there's a budget.
Attached below is a screenshot for my recent project for a smart indoor composter. The influencer has a1m +subscribers and we did not even payed him, just an exchange for the product. That's after negotiating with him.
