Develop relationships with influencers and management agencies. Identify key partners and unique, strategic programs for each. Outline program scope, manage project briefs as well as careful selection of who and how we partner with influencers/brands/agencies. Manage budget allocations and negotiate efficient programs; applying a strong problem-solving approach to any challenges in a fast-paced environment. Active attention to the incorporation of business and market activities into content calendar. Work closely with social media team to cater to both the customer and audience, understand social analytics, maximize content scheduling, and increase engagement. Track performance, make recommendations each month based on data analysis.
