Role: Information Security, Data Privacy, Quality Management System "end to end design, implementation of processes, compliance, external audits, customer audits, internal audits, intranet management and relevant tools" o Identify and define processes across all standards, information security, data privacy, quality management system, elements of business continuity o Conduct risk assessments across projects and functional groups, which includes facilities, IT, HR, Bid management and relevant parts of the organization o Form security forum conduct gap analysis for data processing activities across projects and functional groups. Identify and implement privacy by design and default across roadmap, implementation and support projects, including enabling functions o Conduct data privacy impact assessments based on the nature of the project o Facilitate projects for implementation of processes and gaps with respect to data processing across projects and functions o Plan, schedule and conduct internal audits, analyze, prepare summary reports, presentation to stakeholders o Review proposals for bid w.r.t information security, data privacy and quality management requirements o Responsible for customer audits, external audits, compliance for international standards like ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 27001:2005, BS 25999, SAS 70/SSAE 16 Audit, GDPR, PDPB 2018, CCPA 2018, automotive spice (ASPICE) o Handle breaches related to privacy, information security by defining incident management practices with SLA’s. o Contract reviews for vendors from the perspective of information security and privacy o primary point of contact for the executive management team for governance, risk and compliance for the organization, Data protection officer for the organization o Manage customer surveys, internal surveys which includes prepare questionnaire, receive feedback, perform analysis, advise management on future course of action by projects and organization to enhance customer experience o Conducting operations meeting for projects, reviewing projects for schedule, effort and defects, along with commencing corrective actions where deviations are established and tracked to closure o Implemented tools like Requisite pro, Doors for requirements management, knowledge of RUP suite for design and Bugzilla for testing activities
