• Experience configuring, upgrading and maintaining systems hardware, software and infrastructure • Ability to resolve various technical problems ranging from PC's, hardware, software, LAN/WAN • Providing system and network support for Windows and OSX/MacOS. • Administering users accounts in Active Directory. • Configure, install, and image desktop and laptops for new users using MS SCCM. • Experienced with Remote Access, Remote Desktop, VOIP, and VPN • Create, configure, maintain and delete network printers on/off servers. • Supported 2000+ users in an enterprise environment over the phone and using remote access. • Support users to migrate their data onto new hardware. • Create and manage network shares for client file storage. • TCP/IP addressing and subnetting. • Basic security - NAT and firewalls.
