I have worked in the field of IT for over 7 years and with it bring broad exposure to various functions such as installing new hardware systems and software for networks; installing and configuring network services, equipment and devices; managing all systems backup and restoration protocol; managing system performance and performance tuning functions; software management (including but not limited to: Financial, inventory, production, graphic, IT Related Services); Monitoring and Troubleshooting of both Linux and Windows environments. My knowledge base which will lend itself to your organisation includes implementation and maintenance competencies, especially having worked within positions to produce Budgets, Policies and Procedures and Technical Documentation within the IT Department. Outside of my core IT functions on the job, I am also involved in Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery.
