I have developed an enterprise cloud based GIS software application that allows organizations to store, share, and edit geographic information.  The software can display layers from WMS and WFS sources, as well as PostGIS sources.  PostGIS sources can be edited in either this software or QGIS.  Tabular data from the GIS can also be live-fed into Google Sheets or Excel.

The software is user authenticated and allows for groups and permissions for each layer.  It is extensible via modules to provide specific business logic solutions.  The maps can be viewable internally or externally as necessary.

The same application is usable either on a desktop or tablet.

I will install this software on your cloud or on-premise web server and provide training, bug fixes, and upgrades for 6 months.  Additional support, including the creation of specific modules can be negotiated.
