The Instructional Design (ID) role is my most commonly applied skill. A good ID is the proverbial “ring-leader” for the training design strategy, development, and delivery. As my experience grew, my design model evolved from ADDIE to Agile, with quick turnarounds using iterative stakeholder reviews.
Business training goals are verified via needs analysis data and mapped to training goals. Goals are translated to performance-based objectives and tracked in the Learning Managment System (LMS).
