I have taken careful inventory of what I have learned about rapid development of high-quality e-learning experiences at a highly ranked post-secondary institution, and am ready to share those talents with organizations interested in elevating their digital learning assets. My top skills include working in content authorship tools (Articulate Storyline and Rise, H5P, Adobe Creative Studio, Knightlab, etc.) to create custom engaging and interactive learning assets that can be hosted in any presentation software, website, or Learning Management System. First, I will carefully consider your audience, their needs, and the goals we are helping them achieve. My coursework and practical experience has equipped me with the knowledge of the best practices for teaching a population with a diverse background in an online setting, including applying those methods to various subject areas of knowledge, skill, and attitudes. Additionally, I'll help you establish specific and measurable learning goals, outcomes, and objectives and align them with authentic and accurate assessment techniques to incorporate immediate feedback, enhance motivation, and personalize the learning experience to target areas for improvement and continuous practice for individual learners. I am careful to consider the importance of continuously evaluating the learner's performance and engagement throughout their experience. Not to be forgotten is the evaluation of how that experience is designed and facilitated. Therefore, I design in such a way that everything can be tied back to the expected outcomes for a learner. In the end, we can identify how well students are meeting those expectations, and how well the instructional interventions applied are doing to help them.
