As an Instructional Designer it is my goal to create material that the audience will not only learn from but also stay engaged and in return enjoy the learning process. I started my journey as an Online English instructor for ESL students. With this work I had to be very creative to keep each student entertained as I researched their personal cultures to keep them engaged in their learning material. My last "formal" opportunity for Instructional Design was in Corporate Training where I designed courseware or e-learning material for the company's products and processes. However, my experience includes K-12 e-learning material. I am a recent graduate of a Master's of Humanities from Tiffin University where I concentrated in E-learning design.
