I've been explaining things for a long time. Even when I'm not the official point of contact, people tend to come to me with procedural questions. Eventually, I just break down and write down what I've told everyone so I can just hand out the paper. I also have experience explaining when I'm not physically present. I've been part of the technical support team for a website. I've provided technical support over IM and social media. I've created teacher guides to accompany programs I've developed and exhibits. While I was a LARPer, I created a pair of newbie guides that went viral. * Wrote FAQs and clear, concise user-friendly technical responses * Edited others’ instructional materials for content and technical issues
