I've been with the BPO Industry for the past 13 years. I started as technical support representative and worked my way up the corporate ladder as a Product Trainer. Being a Product Trainer exposed to different administrative tasks like researching, generating and presenting reports, monitoring progress and other adhoc tasks including working closely with clients during T3's (Train the Trainer), product launches and new hire/recurring training. Recently I was part of Google handling YouTube and Waze for ads implementation. My strong motivation of starting a work from home career would be my family.
