While I focus on making spaces aesthetically pleasing I also make sure that the space is utilized properly while not being cramped or clustered feeling. I've been designing both Residential and Commercial spaces for15 years. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Interior Design.
I use AutoCAD to make precise drawings to give clients plans that are easy to read and understand as a client, and that can also be handed directly to your contractor.
I also use SketchUp so that I can produce photo realistic renderings and 3D views so that clients really get a good feel for what their space will look like while they are standing inside it.
I use Photoshop to provide Mood Boards to help clients see the finishes, color suggestions, and furniture suggestions all in one place so clients can see in real time how those items might look together without having to try and envision it yourself, if you opt out of 3D Renderings.
I can also design custom millwork and furniture and provide the plans for the carpenter of your choice to construct.
