In the last years I have planned some commercial spaces such as stylish restaurant in a Palace of the 19t century, beauty saloon, coworking office, etc. I enjoy this kind of work very much, it needs different thinking, project attitude than a residential assignment. I believe that a community space or an office could be design and functional in the same time.
