Dear Hiring Manager, I could go on and on about how great I am and use all the "corporate lingo" about my background. But what you want to know is why should you hire me…… I created an educational co-op which grew from 2 families to over 50 (averaging 200 students). Obviously I can take a concept and see it through to completion. I have built two businesses from the bottom up and employed a variety of people. I recently worked with a start-up and I understand the dedication it takes (the boot strapping, the long hours and the frustration) and also the potential of long term compensation.
