I can give you a drawing by designing the interior as per the measurement given by you. I use autocad for 2d drafting and 3d max for 3d modeling.
Way of working. I have to pay 40% of my fixed rate before doing any work. You will get your work done in the allotted time.
Example - Give me a photo of the house / flat that you have to design the interior of a house, along with its measurement. Then I will tell you the time period of that project. And if your deal is done, you will get your drawing in due time.
And if the project is large, some of the fixed rate will be reduced
