- Oversee and Set Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Design
Documentation (including selection of materials, specification books, bill of quantities,
and furniture fit out) through to final stage according to budgets and timelines
- Manage the design team, prepare schedule of works, and delegate tasks
- Preparation of sample boards and the specification books
- Assess and Select suppliers for various projects to ensure compliance with projects requirements
- Prepare projects briefs, scope of work, schedules, and timetables for design proposals and
completion
- Prepare and Review Request For Proposals (RFPs) on behalf of client
- Coordinate with various Design Disciplines such as Architecture and MEP on various projects
