Handle Airfreight and Sea freight shipment from Australia including oversize cargo, break-bulk shipments, and RORO shipments from Australia worldwide. Coordinate with shipping Lines/Agent regarding bookings/bookings confirmations/vessel ETD/ETA updates for monitoring purposes. Liaising with overseas agents and suppliers Documentation – request bills of lading and raise house bills of lading where required on import jobs.  Request the invoices/packing lists/packing declaration on import freight jobs where possible and make a notation on both the freight and customs job when this is done.  Handle all necessary documentation for exports, including ERA’s, ECN’s and FI’s. Preparing the Sea Cargo Lodgments/entering jobs to the systems. Invoicing Client and follow up regarding payment status for faster processing of shipments. Keeping shipping schedules up to date.
