I obtained a Master of Laws degree from Cambridge University in the United Kingdom in 1993 and have taken additional courses in tax law at the Georgetown University Law Center. I obtained my juris doctor and bachelor of arts degrees from the University of Mississippi in 1986 and 1983, respectively. In 2009, I obtained a postgraduate diploma in information technology law from the Institute of Computer and Communications Law of Queen Mary College, University of London.
