I am an Internet-based Market Researcher aiming to support firms and individuals to gather, organize, and use needed information to make decisions faster and easier and grow business.

During my freelance work, I have done internet-based market research covering different topics and industries internationally, including competition, documents published by scientists on certain technologies, made lists with companies in different business areas, and much more. I have worked in telecommunications (Telenor Serbia with revenue of €394.49 million in 2017) for 8 years (4 years in the position of Expert Team Officer (Technical support 2nd line of 3), 3 years in the position of GPRS support officer (Technical support 1st line)) and 1 year in the position of Call Center Representative).
