With more than 8 years in the service industry I ought to say that there is nothing more motivational than to make a customer happy. Being the foundation of any business; customer service skills are more than fundamental to succeed in any business. Furthermore, my customer service skills has been strengthen by education; courses such as risk management, business law and management principles had made my customer service experience more influential. In another hand, there is my biggest passion in life, marketing, without it all what I know about business would not be possible.
